• Puppy selection is generally based on the order in which deposits are received.
• We reserve the right to retain any puppy for our breeding program.
• Puppy availability is subject to change without notice.

Bringing a puppy home is a big decision, and we understand that your new doodle is not just a dog—they are becoming a member of your family. We feel the same way about every puppy born here. Long before they leave our home, we have invested time, care, research, and love into giving them the best possible start.

At Have-a-Doodle Hill, we carefully select our breeding dogs based on health, temperament, genetic testing, and overall quality. While we can never promise that any living creature will experience a lifetime without health challenges, we proudly stand behind the puppies we raise and offer this two-year genetic health guarantee.

Our goal is simple: to support our puppy families, be transparent, and do the right thing if an unexpected inherited health concern arises.

Have-a-Doodle Hill guarantees that your puppy is free from known, life-altering inherited genetic conditions for two (2) years from their date of birth.

A qualifying genetic condition means a confirmed inherited disorder that significantly affects the puppy’s ability to enjoy a normal quality of life and is verified through appropriate veterinary evaluation and diagnostic testing.

This guarantee is intended to protect families from serious inherited conditions—not the normal bumps, hiccups, and adventures that come with raising a puppy.

Because puppies are curious little creatures who occasionally believe sticks, socks, and mystery objects are part of a balanced diet, many common puppy issues are related to life experiences rather than genetics.

Before any puppy joins a family, we take steps to give them the strongest start possible, including:

• Carefully selecting healthy parent dogs.
• Completing recommended genetic health testing.
• Providing appropriate veterinary care.
• Monitoring puppy growth and development.
• Raising puppies with proper nutrition, socialization, and enrichment.
• Being intentional about temperament and family matching.

We do our best to stack the odds in your puppy’s favor because healthy puppies begin with responsible choices before they are ever born.

A puppy’s health is a partnership between breeder and owner. Once your puppy comes home, you become an important part of their story.

To help your puppy thrive, we ask that you:

• Schedule a wellness exam with your veterinarian within seven (7) days of bringing your puppy home.
• Provide routine veterinary care throughout their life.
• Feed a nutritious diet appropriate for your puppy.
• Maintain a safe environment.
• Provide proper exercise, training, socialization, and love.

We don't expect perfection—we expect commitment. Puppies do not come with an instruction manual, and even the most experienced dog owners occasionally find themselves Googling, “Can my puppy eat that?” (Usually the answer is no.)

If you believe your puppy may have a serious inherited health concern covered under this guarantee, please contact us as soon as possible.

We ask that you provide:

• Veterinary records.
• Diagnostic testing results.
• Any specialist evaluations.
• Your veterinarian’s recommendations.

We want to work together to understand what is happening and determine the best path forward.

We respect the important role veterinarians play in keeping our puppies healthy. If a serious health concern arises, we may request additional information or a second professional opinion from a vetranarian fo our choosing, to better understand the diagnosis.

This is not because we doubt your veterinarian, it is because we care about getting the complete picture and making thoughtful decisions for everyone involved, especially the puppy.

This guarantee applies specifically to inherited genetic conditions. It does not cover health concerns caused by circumstances after leaving Have-a-Doodle Hill, including:

• Accidents or injuries.
• Trauma.
• Lack of veterinary care.
• Preventable illnesses.
• Parasites.
• Environmental factors.
• Improper nutrition or care.
• Obesity.
• Behavioral concerns.
• Training challenges.
• Normal puppy conditions and developmental stages.

Just like people, dogs can develop health concerns throughout their lives that are not caused by genetics. Our promise is to stand behind what we responsibly breed for, not circumstances outside anyone’s control.

If your puppy is diagnosed with a qualifying inherited genetic condition during the guarantee period, we will work with you to find a fair and compassionate solution.

Every situation is unique, and our goal will always be to support both the puppy and the family who loves them.

Possible solutions may include:

• A replacement puppy from a future available litter. 
• Have-a-Doodle Hill Covering veterinarian expenses related to the genetic issue, up to and not exceeding the original cost of the puppy.
• Another mutually agreed-upon resolution.

We believe these conversations should happen with kindness, honesty, and respect—not as a transaction, but as a relationship.

No breeder, veterinarian, or genetic test can predict every health event a dog may experience throughout their lifetime. Dogs are living beings, not machines, and even the healthiest families can face unexpected challenges.

What we can promise is that we will continue to breed responsibly, communicate openly, and always care deeply about the puppies we bring into the world.

When you choose Have-a-Doodle Hill, you are not just bringing home a puppy, you are joining a community of people who love these dogs as much as you do.

By purchasing a puppy from Have-a-Doodle, you agree to:

• Provide proper nutrition, veterinary care, and daily attention
• Maintain a safe, clean, and loving home environment
• Never surrender the dog to a shelter, rescue organization, or animal control facility
• Contact Have-a-Doodle first if rehoming becomes necessary

Unless explicitly provided in writing, all puppies are sold as companion pets only.

Unauthorized breeding of any puppy purchased from Have-a-Doodle is prohibited.

We are committed to the lifelong well-being of every dog we produce.

If you can no longer care for your dog you are required as agreed upon in the puppy agreement signed at sale to :

• Contact us immediately.
• Return the puppy to Have-a-Doodle Hill
• We will always accept one of our dogs back or assist in finding an appropriate placement.
• No refunds will be issued.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nulti LLC d/b/a Have-a-Doodle shall not be responsible for:

• Veterinary expenses incurred after the puppy leaves our care
• Injuries, damages, losses, or claims caused by the dog
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission
• Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the website

We reserve the right to refuse a sale, application, or placement at any time if we determine it is not in the best interest of the puppy.

• Buyers are responsible for arranging pickup or transportation.
• Ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer once the puppy leaves our care.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
